Capacity Limits for Storage and Transmission
We reserve the right to set storage, transmission, size, and attachment limits for each EXECME account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining your own record of activity using EXECME, and for retaining all copies of relevant data. All record retention services performed by EXECME is solely at our discretion and will be provided for as long at the website is legally functionable and may be discontinued by EME as is required by applicable law or, where no applicable law applies, at any time upon sixty (60) days’ notice to you.
EXECME will scan at regular intervals all contents of the site for viruses and, if detected, we may delete and bring to your attention any suspicious content.
